Trix 25019 - Class 19.0 "Saxon Pride" Steam Locomotive (DR)

Class 19.0 express train steam locomotive (former Saxon class XX HV), known as the "Saxon Pride," with a Saxon type 2'2 T31 coal tender. Operated by the Deutsche Reichsbahn of the GDR (DR/GDR). Version with large smoke deflectors. Road number 19 016. The model represents the operational status at the beginning of the 1950s (Era IIIa).

Technical description of the TRIX BR 19.0

This H0 scale model features a digital decoder and a wide range of sound functions. The high-efficiency motor with a flywheel is located in the boiler, with 4-axle drive and traction tires. Both the locomotive and tender are constructed mostly of metal.

The dual headlights change over with the direction of travel and work in both conventional and digital modes. The lighting uses maintenance-free warm white and red (for the firebox) LEDs. The cab doors can be opened, and an imitation of the curtains between the cab and tender is included. Buffer height conforms to NEM standards. Piston rod protection sleeves and brake hoses are included for optional installation.
