Payment Methods:

During the checkout process via the online store, various payment methods will be offered to the customer.

1.- Bank Transfer or Deposit

Payment is made in advance by depositing funds into our Banco Santander account or by transfer. The order is held for a period of 7 days, if payment is not received within this time, it will be canceled.

2.- Credit Card

Payment is made immediately upon placing the order through the secure SERMEPA payment gateway.

3.- Paypal

For customers with a PayPal account. This option incurs a commission of 2.5% on the total order amount + €0.35.

4.- Cash on Delivery *

The customer pays for the order upon delivery. A commission of 2% of the total order amount is applied due to collection management costs (with a minimum of €2.50). Only available for shipments within Spain and orders over €10 (in merchandise). For orders from customers not registered on the website, confirmation of the order will be requested prior to shipping. This service is not available for destinations subject to customs procedures (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).

5.- Sequra *

Did you know you can pay for your purchases in installments? Thanks to our collaboration with Sequra, you can now choose between two options:

  - Divide in 3: Divide your purchases into 3 equal installments at no cost to you. Convenient and simple. One payment per month, instantly and without paperwork. 6.- Cash

Available for customers who want to pick up the order at our store in Torrelavega (Cantabria).
