A new game by Yasushi Nakaguro for 2 players.
Fury at Guadalcanal (originally in English Pacific Fury, Guadalcanal 1942) is a simulation covering the Solomon Islands campaign from August 9 to November 30, 1942. It is a two-player game: one controls the Japanese forces and the other the Allied forces.
In August 1942, the campaign around Guadalcanal Island began, marking the first major American offensive in the Pacific during World War II, aimed at denying the Japanese the use of the Solomon Islands.
In Fury at Guadalcanal, you must control the island and Henderson Field, a key airfield for the battle. Through activations, each player moves or deploys Task Forces previously prepared in secret.
Relive the entire campaign over 4 months of battle: naval-air combats, the Tokyo Express, landings, or control of Henderson Field are reflected in your games, along with random events that make each session unique.
