All sinners are welcome. Help your family become the most infamous in the Underworld and the most influential in fourteenth-century Florence. With the complicity of four corrupt and powerful leaders, supply the underworld with the sinful souls of the Florentines. Then help the condemned cross the river Acheron, guide them to the circle to which they’ve been sentenced for their sin, and watch your infamy grow.

Beware of the guardians: Cerberus, Medusa, the Minotaur, and others could become allies — but if your rivals earn their favor first, these creatures may turn dangerous. Each time a new soul enters Hell, Dante advances on his descent toward Purgatory. When he arrives, the game ends.

The circles of Hell will grant infamy to those who contribute the most souls to the vision contemplated by the poet. Whoever accumulates the most infamy wins.
