In this first expansion for Wingspan, we continue to explore the world by adding the majestic, colorful, and diverse birds of Europe. These birds introduce numerous new powers, including some that trigger “At the end of the round,” others that increase player interaction, and birds that benefit from having excess cards or food. Like the new bonus cards, the European birds have been designed so you can mix them with the original deck (and with cards from future expansions).
The European Expansion also includes an additional tray to store the growing collection of birds (past, present, and future), as well as 15 purple eggs, extra food tokens, and a new, colorful scorepad for both multiplayer and solo games.
