Wishland: Big Box Edition - Theme Park Board Game. ASMODEE

Wishland Big Box Game Contents

Wishland Big Box is the definitive edition of Wishland, a strategic eurogame where players compete to build, manage, and scale their very own theme park empire. Through worker placement, card drafting, and tableau-building, you will craft an irresistible attraction layout to draw in visitors and rack up victory points.

This comprehensive collection features the refined 3rd Edition of Wishland along with bonus expansion content—most notably the Dreams from America expansion. This addition enhances gameplay with brand-new card types, new entrepreneurs, extra achievement tokens, and player components to scale the game up to 5 players.

Blending resource management with long-term engine building, Wishland ensures every decision impacts your income stream, park expansion capabilities, and final score.

How Do You Play?

In Wishland, players act as head park directors. Each round, you place your workers across available action spots to acquire the cards, capital, and resources needed to construct and expand your theme park.

Cards represent rides, restaurants, hotels, and side attractions. Integrating them into your tableau creates powerful combos that boost your park's performance. You will constantly weigh when to invest resources, which cards to draft, and how to synergize attraction types to maximize points.

Worker placement drives tight round-by-round planning. Spot availability is limited, and opponents will frequently aim for the same cards or actions, forcing you to pivot your tactical choices on the fly.

The included 3rd Edition rules feature refined balancing over previous prints, while the Dreams from America expansion introduces dual-effect cards that seamlessly bridge different park departments.

Gameplay Experience

Wishland Big Box delivers a satisfying strategic experience focused on steady engine building and park optimization. The tableau-building design means no two parks look or function the same, allowing for diverse path-to-victory strategies.

Worker placement creates engaging table competition, while drafting forces smart mid- and long-term planning. Winning isn't just about snatching high-value rides; it's about drafting attractions that mesh smoothly with your overall park blueprint.

The extra content inside the Big Box significantly enhances replay value. Dreams from America opens up fresh tactical avenues, accommodates a 5th player, and introduces unique entrepreneurs and achievement milestones to strive for.

It is an outstanding title for gamers who enjoy medium-weight eurogames, worker placement, engine building, and thematic strategic planning.
