This is a simulation game of the Russo-Japanese War from 1904 to 1905, focused on its naval battles, for 2 players, with games lasting approximately one hour.

It is the second volume in the "Combat Rations" series and the third title by Japanese author Yasushi Nakaguro published by Draco Ideas: 300: Tierra y Agua, Fury at Midway, and now, Port Arthur.
