In Ark Nova, you will plan and design a modern, scientifically managed zoo. With the ultimate goal of running the most successful zoo, you will build enclosures, house animals, and support conservation projects worldwide. Specialists and unique buildings will help you achieve this goal.

Each player has a set of five action cards to manage their game, and the strength of an action is determined by the slot the card currently occupies. The action cards are:

• CARD: allows you to draw new zoo cards (animals, sponsors, and conservation project cards).
• BUILD: allows you to construct enclosures, kiosks, and standard or special buildings.
• ANIMALS: allows you to place animals in your zoo.
• ASSOCIATION: allows your association workers to perform different tasks.
• SPONSORS: allows you to play a sponsor card in your zoo or collect money.

255 cards featuring animals, specialists, special enclosures, and conservation projects, each with a special ability, form the core of Ark Nova. Use them to increase your zoo's appeal and scientific reputation and earn conservation points.
