Before becoming great and fearsome creatures capable of flying and breathing fire, dragons also begin as small beings and need protection. As expert dragon keepers, this will be your task, guided by a magical book that indicates how many dragons and which types you can care for.

Designed and illustrated by Michael Menzel, author of Legends of Andor and Robin Hood, Dragonkeepers is a card game for 2 to 4 players, ages 8 and up, with games lasting around 20 minutes. The goal is to score as many points as possible by the end of the game.

The game uses a clever system of two decks placed in the center of the table. The left deck shows a number and a reward, while the right deck indicates a type of dragon. On your turn, you must play the exact number of cards of the indicated type to gain rewards.

You can also draw up to 3 dragon cards on your turn and use cards to turn the pages of the magical book, creating new strategic opportunities.

The game ends when players reach a certain number of amulets. To win, you’ll need to be quick and bold, adapting to a changing environment and making smart decisions every turn.

With classic fantasy artwork and very accessible rules, Dragonkeepers is ideal for both younger and more experienced players.
