Hands in the Sea is a game for 2 players that recreates the war between Rome and Carthage for control of Sicily, Sardinia, and Corsica between 264 and 241 BC.
It is a card-driven action management game. Each side has its own deck, although there are shared cards available to both players. Throughout the game, you can acquire new cards to expand your strategic options, adding them to your discard pile and using them in later turns.
Planning, territorial control, and the smart use of cards will be key to overcoming your opponent and dominating the Mediterranean.
