This revolutionary product allows for the creation of paint wear, chips and scratches on any surface.
Apply an acrylic paint base coat, then a layer of Scratches Effects, and finally a top coat with an acrylic colour. Once dry, moisten the area with water and rub it gently using a hard stiff brush until small scratches and a wear pattern appear on the surface.
