Transgalactica DEVIR

The Galactic Senate has issued the "Transgalactic Decree" to expand its knowledge and influence beyond the already known boundaries of the galaxy. Fleets from all planets have been sent to the stars in search of adventure, riches, and (hopefully) an influential seat in the high spheres of government beyond known space.

Transgalactica is a worker placement and engine-building game with a moderate level of player interaction. To thrive in this game, you will travel to the far reaches of the galaxy, upgrade your fleet, compete with other fleets for technological advances, build a trade network, and send representatives to the Galactic Senate to claim political advantages.

Designed by Daniele Tascini (creator of Tzolk’in, The Voyages of Marco Polo, and Tiletum) and illustrated by Edu Valls (the artist behind Bitoku and 3 Ring Circus), Transgalactica can be played by 2 to 5 players, ages 14 and up, in sessions of about 75 minutes. With worker placement and track management as its core mechanics, this game will have you exploring the vastness of space, facing unknown dangers, and discovering remote planets.

The game is played over five rounds. In each round, players use their Captains to perform powerful actions on their own operations board. Then, the other players may decide whether to perform that same action using members of their crew—though at a higher cost or with limited effects. Gradually, players will increase their military power, political influence, or technological level, earning victory points by exploring, trading, mining, or completing missions.
