Created by the legendary Richard Garfield (creator of Magic: The Gathering), this expansion for King of Tokyo introduces the Mindbug mechanic, allowing players to take control of rival monsters at key moments during the game.

Mindbug mechanic

When a player finishes their dice rolling phase, another player may spend a Mindbug token to take control of their turn. This second player decides how to use the dice and plays as if it were their own turn. Afterwards, the turn returns to the original player.

Choosing the right moment to use this ability will be key to changing the course of the game.
