Question: 

Buenas tardes. Quería saber si se puede adaptar a un tractor 303 de Electrotrén. Digital de origen. Y suponiendo que sea posible, si se podrá manejar desde una Intellibox II. También si ese descodificador soportaría dos enganches.

Sí, en el 303 se pueden instalar enganches digitales, de hecho tenemos un curso de cómo hacerlo en Modelismo 2.0:

Sobre si el decoder original sirve, habría que ver cuál es la versión de Lokpilot que lleva de fábrica, ya que Electrotren ha fabricado varios modelos de 303. En todo caso, lo normal es que sea un Lokpilot V4, que es perfectamente compatible con enganches digitales y con la Intellibox.
